These terms govern your use of the Builders Presence website and services provided by Builders Presence (“we”, “us”). By using the site or signing up for a plan, you agree to them.

The services

We provide websites, marketing automation, messaging, review requests and related services for home-service businesses, as described on our pricing page at the time you sign up.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance (currently $297 per month for the standard plan) until cancelled. Add-on services are quoted separately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. When your plan ends, the website, automations and phone features hosted on our platform stop working.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information and content you have the right to use.
• Use messaging features lawfully, including getting any consent required before texting or emailing your customers, and honoring opt-outs.
• Follow the rules of the platforms we connect to, including Google’s review policies.

SMS program

If you opt in to texts from us, you’ll receive messages about your inquiry, account and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Results

We don’t guarantee specific rankings, lead volume or revenue. Results depend on your market, your reputation and how you use the services.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you provide. Our software, templates and systems remain ours; you get a license to use them while your plan is active.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
